HowTo make Hedda voice work on Windows 7 to do Text-to-speech (tts)

  Hello,

  (Sorry none of the suggested similar questions answered my question)

  I want to activate voice HEDDA in Windows 7 w. 64Bit

  I have installed MicrosoftSpeechPlatformSDK Version 11, SpeechPlatformRuntime (x64) and MSSpeech_TTS_de-DE_Hedda.

  But via Control Panel > SpeechRecognition > TTS > Select Voice there is only ANNA - English. and nothing else to select.

  Any hint and help is appreciated.
