CRM 2013 online - navigation missing Processes link

I recently noticed that in all of my entities, the navigation sub-menu for Background Processes is missing. It is used regularly, so I know it was there recently.
I assumed that it was removed during a system update (I am using CRM Online) so I went to the form customization to try and re-add it but it is not listed to re-add it.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions for getting it back?
