blinking cursor in online help pages

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this. On my laptop every time I go to online help from VB.Net my cursor flashes continuously between the I and the hourglass. I am just wondering if anyone has any idea of what might cause it to do that and better yet how to fix it.

Can you provide me a little more detail in regards to what error are you facing?
