We took our production database of CRM 4 UR5 and brought into into a test forest that has a one-way external trust to the production domain (prod domain also contains the users in the CRM database).
I can successfully add users from the production domain into the test CRM instance (add them manually to UserGroup and ReportingGroup, then add to CRM and they can authenticate successfully). However, I'm having a problem with an existing user.
The user was present in the database before it was copied to the test CRM instance. That user can no longer authenticate, even though they're in the UserGroup and ReportingGroup in the test domain. I've checked that the ActiveDirectoryGuid field
matches their ObjectGuid in the production domain.
