Team Members seeing themself in Resource Center RRS feed

    Is there a way for team members to see only themselves in the Resource Center and be able to run the Resource Assignments and Resource Availability reports?

    We have disabled the My Work views and need an alternative way for resources to get similar information.

    Will we have to create a report instead?

    Other suggestions?

    Brian, This should be pretty straightforward. It's a question of adjusting the permissions in the Team Members group under Server Settings. As you're editing the Team Members group, highlight My Tasks under Selected Categories. You'll see a list of available check boxes for My Tasks. Make sure the relevant Allow boxes are checked, especially View Resource Data and View Resource Assignments.

    Also under the Team Members group edit, expand the Global permissions to display the list of chck boxes. Make sure that the views (at the bottom of the list) that you want your team members to see have Allow checks against them.

    You should not need to change the My Tasks category - the default for that is already set for just the resource that is signed on.
