Having the following error when loading Lab Exercises: Error 1018: An unknown error has occurred RRS feed

    Hi,

    Am bumping into the following error msg when attempting to load the Lab Exercises for Course 6049. ActiveX had been installed on my Windows XP SP2 Machine.
    Anything else's required?
