Hi Theara, if your domain controller is down, your users will not be able to access CRM as CRM relies on AD for authentication.
Unless you can recover the AD database from a backup you'll probably also need to reinstall CRM.
Sounds like you've had quite a disaster! You might want to contact Microsoft support or a Microsoft partner to see if you can recover your infrastructure without having to reinstall everything, and assist you with a disaster recovery strategy that will prevent
AD failures from having such an impact.
