CRM 2013 Timer Control RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have added 2 timer controls on case form.

    1. First Response - set based on the First Response By

    2. Case Close - set based on Resolve By.

    I am manually setting the First Response By and Resolve By with today's date and sometime. The time is set properly but it is showing wrong number of days(showing like 500 days), not sure where it is taking it from.

    Anybody had an issue with the timer control or am i doing something wrong?

  • After spending couple of days researching on this issue, found the below link which suggests the fix for the problem.

    But, should we apply this change in Live system though it is a change to one service account, will there be any side affects?
