WIN 7 Home Pro now not valid (new cloned HDD)

Question
-
Hi,
My desktop HDD was starting to fail, so I purchased a new hybrid, performed a clone of the entire HDD and then began running off the new HDD (booting from it). Now, about 24hours later, I get a pop up message stating "This computer is not running genuine windows".My original HDD was purchased as a system from Dell some years ago (OEM is the term, I think) and I have not ever had any issues with it until I cloned the HDD. Matter of fact, when I run the old HDD (still works just buggy) it says everything is fine.
The Computer properties (control panel>system>) says windows is activated.

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -
Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194
(you want the iata_enu.exe download)
Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

additional info: I used Seagate Acronis True Image for the clone (Hybrid HDD is a Seagate 2TB). I have read other threads with "clone" in the trouble topic and none I have read yet have a solution that works for me.
Also tried to intel DL center for driver update but the download failed to show me anything I needed.
