CRM4 Client w/RU10 slipstreamed admin install problems

Has anyone successfully created an administrative install with the lastest CRM 4 Rollup 10 client? Everytime I run setupclient with the /A and /targetdir switches I get an error that Outlook isn't installed (which it isn't). I get get the admin install from the CD version of the client working OK, just not this new version.

We have had a few challenges with the latest Outlook client which includes UR10 slipstreamed. Note that it still requires UR 7 to be installed (the client detects this and installs it) - so if you are having issues, perhaps use the 'working' install and script UR7 to be installed and then UR10/11 after that.

Hi Andrew,

Download the latest client from Microsoft's web site. It has UR 10 in it.

Hello Alex,

That's the problem, I have downloaded the client with UR 10 in it, and it's from this that I cannot create the admin install.
