Restrict access to queues in CRM 4 RRS feed

  • I have set up a queue in CRM but it seems to be visible to all users in their workplace area, regardless of their security role. Is this the way it's supposed to work? I assumed I could give specific users access to certain queues, but have not been able yet to find a way to do it.
