Restrict access to queues in CRM 4

Question
-
I have set up a queue in CRM but it seems to be visible to all users in their workplace area, regardless of their security role. Is this the way it's supposed to work? I assumed I could give specific users access to certain queues, but have not been able yet to find a way to do it.Wednesday, January 20, 2010 1:31 PM

Hi. There is solution by Adi Katz and Global Interface. You can see it here .
About technology - it seems that to create similar functionality with own hands you have to develop plugin which will handle RetreiveMultiple message of queue entity.
