Remove the gigantic tooltip shown when the forum name is moused over

  This doesn't provide any useful information, all it does is get in the way. Please remove this or at least change the amount of time the mouse needs to be left sitting on the forum name before taking up a good portion of my screen.

  EDIT (7/12) - Related thread to add a delay to mouse overs. Now that the forum card is more useful, it could stay, but it definitely needs a delay.
