    I'm probably not the first to suggest this, since it is extremely irritating, but I would like to suggest that you eliminate the timeout aspect of SharedView.  I suppose there is a use for having a timeout of some sorts, but I can't think of it.  My vote is, eliminate it altogether.  I am pretty tired of restarting my session all day long!!  Hope this is addressed soon.
