How can I get "Export all keys" .xml file from "Product keys" page that is formatted correctly? RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I use the "Export all keys" button on the MSDN subscriber "Product keys" page, the resulting file is broken.

This is pretty useless. How can I get a list of my product keys that is formatted correctly?

"Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account."

OK, You've blocked the screenshot of the broken formatting, so you will just have to guess what it looks like!

(Screenshot displaying broken xml formatting removed.)

  • Maybe load the file in Visual Studio, then select Advanced, Format Document from Edit menu. The reformatted XML file seams easier to use.

According to documentation, you can also open it in Excel as an XML or as a read-only workbook.

  • I just remove the bottom line containing HTMLEscaped text and then it's okay.
