GtCC.exe...is it safe?

I just got a message that says the OneCare Firewall has blocked what appears to be a OneCare program. I have two questions. First, is it safe to give access to GtCC.exe and second, Why would this happen if the program is a OneCare program?

GtCC.exe is a One Care process and should be automatically allowed through the One Care firewall. I suggest contacting support before granting access. How to reach support - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/30400b52-7f26-4ba0-bc18-17e305329d90

I got confirmation back from the MS helpdesk that the GtCC.exe program should be given permission and that the firewall is working properly. Thanks for your help JimR1.
