If you mean that you had to restore the PC back to the factory default and install everything again, but now need to install OneCare again, install OneCare from
http://onecare.live.com - member accounts - add a computer. Once installed, activate with your Qwest LiveID.
If you did not format and reinstall Windows, you may need to first remove OneCare from the machine before reinstalling.
Use the cleanup tool -

After it completes, install OneCare.
The error number is important, if you encounter a problem.
