Red X instead of picture

On a website I get the red x instead of the Java picture. I am using Windows 7 and upgraded to IE 9 hoping to solve the problem. Another computer running Windows 7 shows the picture fine. I have gone through all the suggestions I can find on the Internet trying to solve the problem without any success.
