Josske,
Please call the activation number I have provided in the KB article for your region. Let them know what you are experiencing and ask for guidance. Windows activation unfortunately falls outside the scope of the WGA Forums. I suggest posting your question to the Discussions in Windows XP General Forum newsgroups here:
You should be able to access your computer in order to view your personal files. I recommend booting into safe mode and backing up all of your personal files to say an external hard drive or thumb drive. Maybe the computer could be infected with a virus or some files have become corrupt over the years of use. Either way a fresh installation of windows would really benefit you @ this point.
Take care Josske

Josske,
Why can't you activate by telephone? Have you attempted to activate by telephone as yet? If you have please tell us what error codes and/or wording received during the attempt. Also I am receiving a Invalid Product ID when I scan your MGA Diagnostic results. Can you please re-run the MGA Tool and post the results again please.
Thank you Josske

Josske,
Unfortunately the WGA Forum doesn't support activation but I will attempt to provide you with additional help. Telephone numbers for Activation Centers vary by product license and country/region. Use the number provided on your Activation Wizard screen to call the Microsoft Activation Center. Please follow the below guidance for telephone activation for activating Windows. Also there are Knowledge Based (KB) articles that will provide you with additional information.
To contact a Microsoft customer service representative to activate Windows by phone, follow these steps:
1.
Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Activate Windows.
Or, click the Windows Activation icon in the notification area.2.
Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to active Windows now.
3.
Click Read the Windows Product Activation Privacy Statement, click Back, and then click Next.
4.
Follow the steps in the Activate Windows by phone dialog box, and then click Next.
Note The number appears now and differs based on the location that you select.5.
When activation is completed and you receive the following message, click OK.
You have successfully activated your copy of Windows.
More information on how to activate Windows XP at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307890
Also you may reference the following site for various telephone activation centers: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326851
After you finish the above steps please restart the computer and try to validate Windows again: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine. Please locate the “Validate Windows” button in the upper right hand corner. Double click on the button and follow the guidance. Were you able to pass Windows Validation successfully? Please post again if you need further assistance.
Thank you,
Stephen Holm, MS

I can't activate by phone because the windows activate screan doesn't appears I get this message: windows activation cannot proceed because scripts are disabled (scriptverwerking in dutch). it is possible that scripts are disabled to prevent virusses.
I can click on OK and then the screen is gone. So I can't chose internet/ phone activation. My internet connection works perfect and in my internet explorer all scripts are activatet. I have allso norton internet security but I can't find an option to activate the scripts. I don't understand why the activation won't work. I searched allready a sollution on google but no-one can help me.
I will scan my computer with WGA again.

Hello,
after three days it have become even greater... I can't use my computer anymore, all my personal files are blocked and I have to use an other computer now.
When I start my pc it asks: would you like to activate windows now, when I click yes I get again a message that there's a problem with my scripts... wow great computer!
I can't change any settings in my pc so the problem can't be fixed. great!Monday, August 11, 2008 10:05 AM -
