    I am trying to understand how to get or install my Newsgroups again via Windows Mail that I had with Outlook Express under a previous version of Windows on a different computer. Or can I add Newsgroups to Windows Live?

    Both Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail support newsgroups. In Windows Live Mail, Tools/Accounts to add a news server and Tools/newsgroups to switch to newsgroup view.
