First of all, go to the exam description page:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-511&locale=en-us#tab2
Look at the tab labelled "Skills Measured", which lists the topics that may be asked in the exam. Make sure that you are familiar with all of them (notice that the exam deals mainly with developing Windows applications with WPF, not with WinForms). If you have more than three years of experience developing applications with WPF, then you should be already familiar with most topics, and you can use MSDN to search for information on those that you don't know sufficiently well. If this is not enough for you, you may consider purchasing the self-paced training kit:
http://www.amazon.com/MCTS-Self-Paced-Training-Exam-70-511/dp/0735627428
Or, if you prefer instructor-led training then you can take course 10262A:

I do not have any experiece in WPF application developemt.
Is MCTS 70-511 exam suitable for to do ?
No, 70-511 is all about WPF, so it isn't suitable for you. If you need to prove your knowledge about WinForms, I suggest taking the older exam (70-505 if I recall correctly). Even though the latter is based on the Framework 3.5, it should be perfectly adequate for demonstrating your knowledge on the subject, since there is virtually no diference in Winforms version 4.0 as compared with 3.5.
