How do I change backup destination? RRS feed

    My backup destination, an external hard drive, died.  Windows OneCare still tried to backup to it.  How can I change the destination of thr backup?  I cannot find where to change settings...

    go to onecare main ui, left side, Change settings->backup->configure backup

    is it possible to configure onecare to backup to a network storage device?

    (I have a wireless hard drive on my network)

    One Care can be configured to backup to a network storage device. I'm not sure about a wireless attached hard drive as I've never used one but if One Care can locate it, you should be able to back up to it. Open One Care, select Change Settings, select Backup, select Configure Backup, select Change Settings, select Backup to network location ( not sure of the exact wording) use the browse button to see if you can find your storage device.
