  • Question

  • Hello,

My system is German, so some of the diagonostic report is also in German. I couldn't find a similar forum in German, is there any chance someone here could help me out?

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

  • OEM SLP copies of Windows like yours need to link with the SLIC table in the BIOS in order to remain activated.

BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes, but no SLIC table

The manufacturer has provided a back up product key for when this fails.  Find the COA sticker affixed to the bottom of your computer or in the battery compartment.  Copy the product key.  Click Start, type "slui.exe 3" and hit Enter.  Follow the instructions.

  • Woah, thanks for the super-fast reply, it worked like a charm!

    Thanks a lot <3

(I'm still wondering why the manufactures pages didn't mention this, altough they had a special section for w7 activation problems...)
