Windows 7 Professional 32-bit Genuine problem

Question
-
Hi guys,
I have a Toshiba laptop that I had to downgrade to Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. My company is German, so I have a German installation DVD. However, I wanted to have the menus and everything in English so I tried to install an English Language Pack (I am assuming this is where things went downhill). After that I have been getting these "Windows is not genuine" messages. However, I could not "Upgrade" with my Windows 7 Pro 32-bit DVD, as the version on the DVD is older than the version on the laptop (or so it says). Trying to start the setup.exe as Admin in Vista compatibility mode also didn't help.
I included the Diagnostic report for your consideration. Thanks for your help!
Derek
