close fix it

  I downloaded fix it to my Vista.  I'm trying to copy files to disk.  A windows diagnostic says I have to close fix it before it will help me.  I couldn't figure how to close it, so I deleted the seven run.exe files I had created, but they still exist at the bottom of my screen.
