OK! Most of us are not very good (or some what) in OS or hardware or tech savvy "LIKE SOME OF YOU"! but when a person, that is part of this forum, (is here because like to learn) ask a hones (not ignorant) question? Some one in this FORUM, will be kind to help "newbies" or any one that has a genuine question, (like the one about the "Folder settings").
I don't think that is a very good ethic, if some of "you guys" (the tech savvy) spend alot of time, inpresing each other about "Windows 7" when you leave behind some us the make the biggest number in this forum?
So my thinking is? Why YOU have some one in this "crummy" FORUM, help some of as frustrated persons?

PS. hey make simple explanations, not a tech savvy talk, (by the way I am 62) and trying to keep up!

I've looked at your threads and I see nothing but courteous, accurate and understandable answers to your questions. At no point anybody is talking down to you or treating you like a newbie. No clue why you'd think that makes the forum crummy. You don't have to use it, you can perhaps get different kind of help when you pay for it. Something like the Geek Squad might suit you better. They have a "customer first, geek second" approach to tech support. Hans Passant.
Thanks for you interest, and perhaps is best if don.t make a replay, however my intention was not to insult any one, and true I could joy another FORUM (not shouting), do you so post that if I would ask more tech savvy questions i would had more response? perhaps their are more people like me in the forum that won't get the questions answer because a response like yours? (move to another forum) i like to explain more, but would be uneatable of some or more pointless replays!

PS. I had Windows 7 install (Beta one) lock of understand it and some of the questions I had, seems to of not interest to some of you, so I put back the original OS (Vista) because (I felt) maybe my question was address good , or not able to explain to some difficulty with it.
