Created On date displays UTC time in the Open Cases view RRS feed

  • We're using the Customer Portal with CRM online.

    When a customer creates a Case, the date that is displayed in the initial view of open cases is the UTC time. I assume it should be doing conversion to the correct time based on the Contacts selected time zone, but it is not. If the user clicks the Case to see it's details then the created on shows the time zone time for the user account that is creating the case in CRM.

    It would be nice if the list view of cases displayed the Contact's correct created on time, or at the least the time for the CRM creating user account.

    Anyone know how to fix this?
