    If I have an AD group for employees and an AD group for contractors, what do I when a contractor becomes an employee? If I remove that person from one group and add into another, will PWA create new resource with the same name upon AD sync? Will that person still be able to access his or her timesheets?

    Hi Tatiana,

    The user should be added to the other group as internally the user/resource will refer internally to the same Resource_AD_GUID. The should still have access to the timesheet etc. if the other user group has similar permissions etc.
