  • Hi Yukonn,

The Username you are providing here must match the name in AD. (i.e.),Both names should be the same.

  • crm has active directory integration so when you add user and press tab the information of the user will be autofilled from Active directory. so if you want user address you have to give the data in active directory.

  • Hi Ahmed Uddin,

Thanks for your reply. Yeah! User address is auto fill from AD.

My problem is User address is accept 50char only. If i increase the length i got error "Please contact administrator.... standard error dialog". If i increase the length which part also need to increase length. AD address can key in more than 50 char.

  • The user address line 1 accepts up to 250 char per the schema.. are you doing this on Prem?

On my Instance, when I try to do what your suggesting, it excludes the address field vs throwing an error.
If your onPrem, you could look at the trace logs generated by the server to see where its failing..

  • Hi Yukonn,

Here i am able to create the user if the address field is greater than 50 char.

Could you please check the field on systemuser table on database ...and also check  the user form if it has any customization or  any limitations?

  • could you please do this steps as well open the address line 1  attribute  and check what is present  in the max length.

    Note that

though on database side if max lenght is 250 and if the length at attribute is  set  to 50 you  cant enter more than 50 characters

  • Dear Ahmed Uddin,

Thanks for your waiting. It's not work because of systemuser is a view not a table. And if we modified the on crm site it will be effect to SQL. I think we no need to directly modifed on SQL. How do you think?
