Help. I somehow emptied a folder in my hotmail account.

  I do not know how I emptied the folder.  I moved it higher up on my list of folders showing, and when I opened it, it was emptied.  This is my most important folder with all kinds of needed information, and I cannot find any of the emails in deleted, junk, anywhere.  Please help.  How do I restore it?
