When I shut down the computer, I always get this error

    ccSvcHst.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "numbers & alphabets" referenced memory at "numbers & alphabets". The memory could not be "reached".
Click ok to terminate the program.

Any help will be appriecated. Thanks.

I bet there is something going to do with my Norton Anti Virus software.

  • There was a fix on symantec support site for this error, Must download and install the fix now I cant find it.  I had differenct issue with norton 360 about hiding my DVD/CDRW disk and had to do backup to the internet.  Support uninstalled Norton with all the fixes and now I cant find the fix on support anymore.  Let me know it you can find it and please send me the page.  I can't even get to symantec via Norton 360 support feature anymore
