My account has been paused since the 1st of Jan 2007. The Order End Dates were 12/31/2006 - and I had changed the end dates to 12/31/2008 or No End Date well within Dec 2006.
But, from the 1st of Jan 2007. I have not been receiving any hits since the Account has been paused.
I have written to Contact Support and he says that I should contact my Account Executive to open a new account or whatever.
I have written to the Account Executive about this twice - but I am yet to hear from them.
Could you please tell me
a) Why was the account paused even if the order end dates were extended?
b) How can I contact the Account Executive to get prompt replies?
