PID is invalid

Question
-
Hi all,
I have a problem with WGA, It was working fine 2 weeks ago but receently I tried to dowload from the MS downloads page and was informed that my copy of XP Pro is invalid. I know my copy of Windows XP Pro is genuine as it's a VLK and I have a couple hundred more not experiencing this problem, could someone please help? I have tried the steps in this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822798 as MS suggested but with no luck.
So I dowloaded and ran the "MGADiag" and it tells me my PID is invalid, as follows:

According to your MGA log, your Windows XP operating system has suffered serious system file corruption. I would suggest backing up your personal files and performing a "clean install" of Windows XP.

Yes I suffered a mirror degrage recently, however I was able to run a repair and re-build the array without any noticable problems. Well atleast until now, thanks for your input but a re-install isn't an option right now. If I can't fix it then I'll stop WGA from bugging me and ignore it until I can do a re-install.. Is there really nothing else I can try? :(
Thanks for helping... :)Monday, November 10, 2008 3:39 AM -

- I think you can use cabarc to uncompress these files from the install CD and replace them
