    I bought the Windows Live One Care but I can't find it in my computer. When I got to the page were it says to save the billing information, I did but didn't realize there was a continue button so I exited. I have tried to go to the same page and clicked continue but it doesn't lead anywhere. I don't know what to do; I need it on my computer but don't have it.

    If you purchased OneCare on line, but have not yet installed it, go to http://onecare.live.com and download and install the trial. Once it has installed, open OneCare and click on subcribe. Sign in with the same LiveID that you used to purchase with and it will activate.

    HI!

    Did you check if it's on your program list? You may also go to Start -Control Panel - Add/Remove (XP) // Start - Control Panel - Programs and Features (Vista)...If it's not on the list, you can go to start - all programs  then initialize it by clicking on Windows live onecare on the list.  Uou may try to uninstall it by downloading the onecare install clean up tool, then try to re-install it, if you want.
