Windows not genuine, my diagnostic report RRS feed

  • Question

  • I purchased my laptop brand new from Toshiba Direct in February with Windows 7 already installed. This evening, I noticed a message in the bottom, right corner of my screen which states that my copy of Windows is not genuine. I have seen that many other people are having an issue with similar problems and they all seem to have different things going on so I am posting my diagnostic report in a new thread to see what is wrong with mine.

Thank you so much for any help! :)

As you say, there is nothing currently amiss with your report.
Running the tool forces an attempt at self-healing the system - and this appears to have worked in your instance.
It's also possible that your problem was caused by a race condition which was temporary, and would have gone away at the next reboot.
