Install provider gets stuck on determining disk space RRS feed

  • Has anyone had issues with not being able to get past the Determining disk space requirements portion of the ERP provider install?  It never finishes.  If I click the return button, I get into a loop where I click Install and then it tries to determine disk space again.

  • Hi Mark,

     This is an issue with protected directories. Try copying the files from your desktop to a C:\Temp folder and try again.
