  I am working on a client's network.  They have Lync 2010 installed on their computers.  We are currently upgrading their computers from Windows XP  to Windows 7.  We use the User State Migration Tool to assist with the change in location of their profiles.  We have determined that we run into a critical error and have to run a hotfix KB2691043 to resolve the issue.  Can anyone advise me how I could resolve the issue so that I do not have to run the hotfix on every computer?
