Missing Data in Excel worksheet RRS feed

  • We have an excel spreasheet we created in Excel 2007 and we have users using the office compatability tool using that spreasheet in 2003 Excel. Sometimes not always when the 2003 User compiles the spreadsheet a user using Excel 2007 or 2010 will open the sheet and it will appear data is missing from the workbook. However if the user saves the workbook and reopens it seems the data returns. Can we prevent this from happening. The totals for all excel formulas are always correct its almost as if you just can see the information in the workbook.
