Unable to Contact Support RRS feed

  • I continue to use One Care, and get notices that my susbscription will automatically renew in Feb 2010.  I cannot contact support about this, or get a billing question to process.  The One Care Contact Support program says that no account is found, password is wrong, etc.  I was able to update the password.  It then continued to tell me I didn't exist.

    I understand that the the Product has been discontinued.  I certainly don't want a renewal.  I don't know how to drop/delete/replace this stuff.  I can UNINSTALL IT, but expect MicroSoft to charge me forever.  What do You do to get them to answer?

  • So if we have one care and about 4 days ago it said we were up for renewal and now it's saying that its good till July 2010 we were not charged anything?  What is this about one care nearing it's end of life?  Sorry if all of this has been addressed before. We are trying to figure out what credit card it charged this renewal to but cant find any contact info.
