Problem with IIS7 and webservices

  I have an asp.net 3.5 web application, which have a webservice that is called using vbscript from client. The server had win 2003 and was migrated to win 2008. After that, the webservice call start failing, and the only error I've gotten is "the download of the specified resource has failed", I've checked the handlers, security, etc. with no success. Please help.
