Repeated Request for Promo Code, But Can't Get Through

  We received a promotion for Prepare for Exam 70-652 for Free ($159.99 value) <http://co1piltwb.partners.extranet.microsoft.com/mcoeredir/mcoeredirect.aspx?linkId=11062521&s1=e4749ca8-c4f2-720f-76fa-8a4890cb110a>.  We looked through the material and wanted to copy information from a previous screen into the invitation while we consider whether this program would actually be useful.  However, once we tried to do that, we got repeated requests for the promotion code, all of which resulted in a message similar to:  "Promotion Codes have limited access. You may already have registered.  Contact Support for any problems."  We have not registered yet.  Please advise!
