"No KMS could be contacted"?

Question
-
Could someone please help me with this problem on Windows 7 Enterprise x64? Not sure why this started to happen all of a sudden, i've been running this install for over a year without too much trouble. I did update my BIOS and put in a new SSD recently, maybe the computer is no longer recognized or something. It's a legit copy of course.
"Windows Could not be Activated

KMS Activation requires connection to a dedicated KMS server owned by the license-owner.
If you purchased this key retail, you bought a counterfeit - ALL Enterprise licenses are Volume-only, and sold only in bulk to organisations for use on their own machines.
It's possible that you acquired this through your company or college - in which case you should conntact your System Administrator for assistance.
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
- **in your own thread**, pleasePlease also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

well it wasnt activated from the start, just before it expired i decided to buy it (purchased the key directly from MS). I've used this copy for over a year, without running into any activation problems.
License Status: Additional grace period (KMS license expired or hardware out of tolerance)
maybe it's because i updated bios, overclocked the cpu and changed SSD drive.. I dont know what the licensing program is looking for, maybe it sees it as a new computer and my license has expired becuase of that.

As I stated before - it is not possible to purchase single licenses for Windows Enterprise editions by retail.
It never has been, and never will be.
The ONLY legal way a private user can end up with Enterprise is to purchase through either MSDNAA or the HUP (i.e. their employer).
MS do NOT sell Enterprise direct through their outlets to individuals.
It is NOT usually possible to convert Trial versions of Windows to Licensed versions - to prevent too-easy counterfeiting. The requirement is always to clean-install the licensed version.
The highest version of Windows 7 available in single-license form is Ultimate - which is functionally identical to Enterprise.
