After installing OneCare, Outlook 2007 stopped sending and receiving. I deleted the email accounts and set them up as new, still can't send or receive. No error messages are received, processing seems get into a loop that does not end. Any advice?
OneCare should not impact Outlook in any way, but the problem you are describing could happen if you have another security product active, particularly another firewall.
