WMC Question using Vail RRS feed

    On v1 there was an update, PP3 I believe, that would automatically move your "Recorded TV" to the v1 server called TV Archive.
     
    A couple of things here, even after uninstalling the connector(v1) and installing (v2) I looked around and there isn't a way to take this out of WMC that I could find. So being a beta test I checked the "TV Archive" to see what would happen. Well nothing did except lock the W7 system up with nothing getting transferred that I could see. 
     
    Is there going to be this functionality for Vail, is there going to be an install "Windows Media Center Connector" that enables TV Archive to the server?
     
    Sorry if this doesn't appear to be directly related to Vail but v1 is what installed this feature so what can we do?
     
    Do we need to get a "suggestion" going for this or will it be addressed at a later date?

    Hi Don,

    This functionality is there. I just installed the connector on my Media Center box and TV Archive appears in Media Center. It might just not yet be working the beta build to transfer the content.

    TV Archive works fine with Media Center and Vail.

    So this is going to be part of it, that is what I was wondering.

    Thanks Ken, for this release and testing I am only interested in moving it off the main computer to Vail.
     
    I store this material on an external drive anyway, easier to work with.
