    Your installation of Windows is based on a Product Key that was never issued by Microsoft - so it must have been created by a hacker's KeyGen utility.
    For what version and edition of Windows is your computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case (if there is one)?
    If this installation is an upgrade - does the partial Key above match the Key in your upgrade pack?
