Hi, I have a Genuinine windows7 ultimate Back up disc RRS feed

  • Hi, I have a Genuinine windows7 ultimate Back up disc, But when I try and upload it it says I dont have a correct order number, I bought It on line from windows nearly a year ago, I have had to take my computer back to the factory setting, and I have two order nubers, one fro the windows 7 I downloaded online and one from the disc that was sent to my house, both says not the correct number, any one any Idea's what to do ??

  • If you purchased from the Microsoft Store online, log into your account and download your product key and software again.  Your purchase remains available for the lifecycle of the product.

  • Note: IF the Windows 7, that you bought from Microsoft, was an Upgrade version, you will need to install the original windows (that your computer originally came with) first and then install the Windows 7 upgrade.
