  • Hi

    I'm creating a new entity called Issue

    Within the main form when all required data is present I would like an email to be sent.

    The email will be sent to the a member of staff and a customer

    Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to get this done

  • You can create a workflow that checks all necessary fields to be filled in. Once complete, you can generate an email with the required data. Look at creating workflows.

    I've started creating a workflow which is assigned how I would like it to be, but where exactly do I state that I want a email to be sent?

  • Add a Send Email step to the workflow. Populate the Email properties as required.
