Incoming Status: Failure - An error occurred while executing POP3 command "". The server response was: "" RRS feed

  • Dear,

    Please note that I am not receiving emails anymore on the CRM 2011, I am using the Forward mailbox for the incoming emails.

    When I tested the access of the User of the Forward mailboxes, I receive the following error:

    Incoming Status: Failure - An error occurred while executing POP3 command "". The server response was: ""

    The emails were working perfectly with no issues  and the issue occurred at night when no maintenance was executed.

    Any reasons for this?

  • I have restarted the Pop3 server and it worked.
