I have just re-installed my genuine copy of vista 64 sp1 on my computer.
I am now getting validation error messages. when i click the link to validate it, it starts then stops tell me the validation was interupted and my copy of vista may not be genuine and then tries to sell me windows 7.

You should also scan your system using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - do NOT enable the resident scanner when you install it)
