Problems with my Product Key RRS feed

    The product key sticker on the bottom of my laptop (windows 7 Starter) seems to be invalid. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel have all "frozen" as a result.

    There's nothing wrong with the key on the bottom of your computer - if you read it closely, it's for WINDOWS, not Office.
    All the applications you mention are part of Office (as their activation-requester states). To continue to use the Office Trial installed on your PC after the trial runs out, you have to actually purchase the product. MS no longer sells Office 2007 products, so you'd either have to search out a vendor with remaindered stock, or move to Office 2010
