  • I ordered a Genuine Advantage kit almost 3 months ago now. Despite never recieving any email confirmation whatsoever, my credit card was debited for the cost of the kit, and I recieved a copy of XP Pro on DVD through the post a week or two later.

    I'm still waiting for the key - without it the £90 I paid for the kit has been pointless! I have sent numerous e-mails which have either been ignored or fobbed off with 'contact sales' - I would, but where?!?

    I'm starting to get really annoyed with it all now, and I am beginning to wonder why it was even worth paying for it in the first place.

    I would suggest having your order numbers ready though :). They will be able to help you directly concerning billing and ordering (as our support team does not have access to that sensitive information).

    The free phone number for the WGA order status in the UK is 0800 0324479 they are very helpful and quicker than the email option
